Today, further along the same street, 26 Kirkoswald Avenue presents a very different expression of Golden Triangle living.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing brings the outlook and natural light deep into the home. American oak flooring adds warmth against the cleaner architectural lines, while Turkish limestone anchors the kitchen. Scandinavian influences run through the interiors, giving the spaces a restrained quality that feels considered rather than overstated.

Across three levels, an internal lift connects the home from garage to entry, while level street access to the upper floor allows the principal living spaces and master suite to function almost entirely on one level.
