After twenty years in the liquor and hospitality industry, including ten in National Sales leadership roles, Nick made a considered move into real estate to be more present for his young family and more connected to the community he calls home. As co-leader of Atlas Yeronga alongside Lauren McHutchison, Nick specialises across Moorooka and Brisbane's southside, where his local presence is genuine and practical. As President of Clubhouse Moorooka, he plays an active role in a community-run space built around local connection — a natural extension of how he approaches both people and property. His senior sales background gives him a clear advantage in negotiation. Nick understands how to read people, build trust, manage conversations and keep momentum through important decisions. That experience now shapes the way he guides vendors through each stage of the campaign.
